Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Components:

   • The amount paid for airline tickets and visa fees is non-refundable, as these payments are forwarded directly to the airlines and the Saudi Ministry. Any claims for refunds related to these components must be made directly to the respective airlines or the Saudi Embassy.

2. Eligible Bookings:

   • Only bookings made at our Head Offices in Mumbai, Delhi, or Dubai, or through our Authorized Channel Partners, are covered under this Money-Back Guarantee.

3. Umrah Agreement:

   • Guests must sign the Umrah Agreement and acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee Scheme to be eligible.

4. Raising Concerns:

   • If you are dissatisfied with our services in Makkah, Madinah, or any other city, you must formally raise the issue with the on-ground management in Saudi Arabia and your booking office in India. If the issue remains unresolved, you may claim a refund.

5. Timeframe for Claims:

   • This offer is valid only within the first 24 hours of check-in at your hotel in Makkah or Madinah. Refund claims cannot be made after returning to India.

How It Works

1. Lodge a Complaint:

   • Inform our hotel staff in Makkah, Madinah, or any other city where you are touring with us about your concerns.

2. Contact Your Booking Office:

   • Notify your booking office in India about the issue. They will escalate the matter to the Head Office in Delhi or Mumbai to resolve it promptly.

3. Resolution Process:

   • In 99% of cases, issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction. However, in rare instances where the solution is unsatisfactory, you may proceed with the refund process.

4. Refund Process:

   • Hand over your room keys to the hotel in-charge, vacate the room, and receive your refund in Saudi Riyals or Indian Rupees (as per your preference) on the spot.

Important Notes

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are only processed in Saudi Arabia. No refunds will be issued after returning to India.

2. Vacating the Room:

   • To claim a refund, you must vacate the room and leave the hotel immediately after receiving the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

   • Airline tickets, visa fees, and any utilized services are non-refundable.

4. Currency Options:

   • Refunds can be issued in Saudi Riyals or Indian Rupees, as per your preference.

5. Post-Refund Responsibility:

   • Once a refund is issued, Rahat Groups will no longer be responsible for your accommodation, meals, or transportation.

6. Ticket and Visa Validity:

   • Your airline ticket and visa will remain valid, and you may continue your travel using the same.

7. Lost or Damaged Items:

   • Rahat Groups is not liable for lost baggage, missed clothes, laundry issues, or any other personal belongings.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
