Asalaam- O- Alaikum. We successfully completed our Umrah (from 16.5.14 to.23.5.14) through your travels. Mr Jaffar had come to Jeddah airport to receive us as per your instructions. We thank you very much for your kind gesture and may Allah reward you for this benevolent act. Your staff at Makkah (Mr Jaffar) and Madinah (Mr Salim) were very nice and helpful. We also met Faud Bhai at Makkah and Madinah and he helped us in booking transport from Makkah to Jeddah airport. Our stay in hotels was comfortable, except 2 false fire alarms at hotel Lolot Mubark at Madinah. We were in panicky. Hope you will take note of it.

Please convey our Salaam and appreciation to your staff, especially Mr Tausif with whom I had interacted many times before we went for Umrah. May Allah bless all of them. Imran Bhai, I am sorry I am writing to you so late, almost about one month after our return journey, due to my preoccupation.

I pray Allah that you continue to help people like me in the holy journey to Makkah and Madinah. I eagerly look forward to another journey for Umrah through your travels.

Selection of M/S Rahat travels was great decission.They delivered what they promissed & mentioned in their brochure & web site.  In short we got more than what we had anticpated. Hotel, Food, Transportation, Laundry & above all the atmosphere was great. It looked as if we are in a family. If ALLAH swt blesses us with another chance, insha ALLAH, Rahat will be our choice & We will save lot of time in hunting for the right agency.

My above experience is for deluxe group but I am sure it wold be same for other group.

With this bit of information u can go full steam on booking possible pilgrims.

Thank you for your mail, I was to write mail to you but due to office load I was very busy.
It was a very nice trip, very nice and kind staff, fully guiding,very good food and arrangement .

Thanks to you and your team.
We are very happy with the arrangement and also I will inform all my friends to avail your services as we were searching this option for long time.

In order to have edge over competitor and little more advantage to hajjis I suggest followings.
1,Madina stay can be 8 days minimum(40 Namaz)
2,Travel from Mecca to Madina in the night will avoid any prayer lose at haram
3,At Mecca option for having accommodation little bit more nearer with extra cost

This are suggestions which will add extra brownie points to your packages
